The One Direction lads will be returning (again!) to the X Factor stage later tonight, to perform this years X Factor charity single, alongside JLS and the 2011 contestants.
The show starts at on ITV1 at 8pm GMT and the boys will probably make an appearance on Xtra Factor in ITV2 at 9pm. Below are viewing links and a time zone convertor.

Today see’s the much anticipated One Direction documentary hit the screens of ITV2. The lads have had a film crew in tow since coming third in 2010’s X Factor, and they have documented their experiences while on tour, as they recorded their debut album, filmed their first video and travelled across Europe (plus many more exciting events and milestones!).
The documentary will air at 9pm GMT tonight (23 November, 2011), exclusively on ITV2, and on ITV2+1 at 10pm GMT. It is also repeated on Friday 25 November at 7pm on ITV2.
If you miss it it will be available on ITVPlayer (we are unsure if this is available internationally) and we are sure someone will upload it to YouTube - we will tweet the link as and when this happens.

One Direction today celebrate the launch of their new album ‘Up All Night’ and the start of Amazon.co.uk’s Black Friday Deals Week by making an appearance at the Amazon fulfillment center in Milton Keynes.
The boys took part in a “gift-wrap challenge”, helping to wrap the first wave of customer orders of their new album. Band member Louis Tomlinson proved his wrapping prowess by completing the challenge in just 15.9 seconds. He said “It’s been an awesome day. It was crazy standing next to thousands of copies of our first ever album and signing so many for Black Friday Deals Week. The highlight had to be beating Zayn and Harry in the gift-wrap challenge but I’m paying for it now with some serious paper cuts!”
As part of Black Friday Deals Week, 500 signed copies of ‘Up All Night’ will be sold on Wednesday 23rd November for just £3.99 as a ‘Lightning Deal’.
HMV have announced that One Direction will be doing a signing on Monday 21 November. All details are below.

As we all know, the One Direction boys will kick off the Children in Need appeal night in style, on Friday 18 November.
The show will start at 7.30pm on BBC1 and BBC1 HD, and the boys will open the show with a performance of Gotta be You, however they will also be on The One Show at 7pm as they are welcoming Matt Baker back from his mammoth Rickshaw Challenge.
You will be able to catch all the proceedings on BBC1 and BBC1 HD, and if you are based in the UK you will also be able to watch it live on BBC iPlayer. However, if you are overseas you should be able to watch Children in Need via the following links:

To celebrate 1DUpdates achieving 50,000 followers on Twitter we are giving our lovely followers the chance to win a complete set of One Direction dolls - yes, you’ll get one of each boy!! So, what do you have to do? Well here are the rules:
